We worked with Urban Maintenance to create a brand identity that would distinguish them as a friendly, people-focused property maintenance business.
In a competitive space, we choose to put their customer at the centre of the brand message by highlighting what their services are really offering - help with a never-ending to-do list, saving them time and protecting their property/investment.
The clean, strong, modern logo is an abstract representation of the brand initials U and M, but more importantly, they visually reference properties and a picket fence. One upturned gives a little nod to repairs and maintenance.
The strong black is supported by a calm, earthy green to echo the "peace of mind" brand message at the heart of Urban Maintenance's services.
